Very poor staff communication with patients! They definitely do not agree with the tried and tested business adage that the customer is always right; in fact they will argue the point with you. So if you like poor service and getting blamed for the poor service they provided and you like to have childish arguments and getting NOTHING done than this is your place!
I don't know where that first review came from. Dr.Shannon and her staff are all amazing. ..I feel very confident and comfortable there . They remember what our family is doing and going through and show such concern. Very gentle and kind. More then a dentist office to my family. Thanks for such great service.
